Christmas Delight: Forbidden Skin, a Collection of the Taboo now Available!

Forbidden Skin

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to my readers! I hope the season has been everything you’ve ever wanted it to be. If it’s lagging behind a little, perhaps this will be the boost you need!

For the holiday season only, I am offering my newly released collection of taboo and transgressive erotica to the eager public for the low price of only $3.99US. Here are 10 of my steamiest previously released tales, over 75,000 words in its entirety, collected together to curl your toes and chase holiday blues away. That’s right, 10 of my short stories, novelettes and novellas, for only $3.99.

Here are stories of the fantastic, of bondage, of rough sex, of romance. Here is forbidden love, harsh love, messy love, confusing love…and the sex that goes along with it all!

I hope you enjoy, dear reader. I did my very best to include a little something for everyone while making certain every story did its part to challenge the boundary of acceptable sexuality. They might not always approve of what we read and write, but as one of my geek heroes always said, “You can’t stop the signal.”

Catch it now, before it goes!

Forbidden Skin is available on Amazon.com (click the image above) and on Smashwords.

Included are:

  • Captivity
  • Nephilim
  • Alcmene Again
  • Love, Ink & Lycanthropes
  • Wetware Dreams 1
  • Wetware Dreams 2: Into the Dreaming City

  • The Nymphomaniac’s Pillow Book 2
  • Summer of Love (Previously “My Lover, My Brother”)
  • Sharing a Sleeping Bag (Previously “Camping with Daddy”)

Over 8000 words written for my anthology submission, and closing in on 5000 written for Alcmene Again. You know what that means? It means I really need to figure out a better title for the submission– my working title is kind of crap. I’m within one short section of finishing it and for the first time, I don’t have a solid title by that mark!

It’s a little embarrassing. But what would you title a story that involves a may-or-may-not-be-an-angel kidnapping and imprisoning a girl he claims is a descendant of the Nephilim and is also his own daughter?

Angel’s Child is cutting it as a working title but I need something a little more…more. More more. Something.

It is a sad state of affairs when words fail someone who touts themselves as a writer.

Future plans in no particular order, once current writing has been finished and edited:

1) Another pseudo-incest title, this time involving a stepfather and his stepdaughter, brought closer together by the death of his wife/her mother. There will be camping and sleeping bag sex. Mmm.

2) A modern take on Scheherazade. This might end up as a full-length collection, depending on how it works out.

3) Book Two of the Fifth Sun story. Elizabeth’s story was the prologue, I think it will pick up again with her son in adulthood. Sex magick warlocks and their pretty young “familiars” in the New World. Tasty!

4) I really want to plot out how to pull off a sexy version of Leda and the Swan without breaking bestiality laws. Best myth ever. This needs to be erotica.

5) Werewolves! No firm plot idea in place for this yet but I have a few vague ideas of how it might go. Hint: there will be sex.

New Cover

Sooo, as I tweeted yesterday, I set out to work a little more on my submission for the transgressive anthology.  Instead, I ended up writing a short story re-telling of the Russian folk tale, The Firebird. I made it through 2500 words without once saying fuck or cock and I’m not sure yet whether that will disappoint people.

This one came about as the result of reading a version of The Firebird to my son and agreeing with him that Ivan really was kind of a dink, and the wolf did all of the work. See for yourself.

Here’s the cover!

Alas for the werewolf story lovers out there, it is not technically supernatural erotica. There is a sex scene but it’s brief and PG-13…think sweet rather than hot. I may still get around to writing a werewolf encounter but today is not that day. Maybe after I’ve finished up writing about the poor girl locked in a modified basement by a mysterious stranger.

Happy birthday to me!

I had to double-check the date to remind myself but yes, I am a year older and entering the “aged like a fine wine” stage of my life. Fortunately I am with someone who appreciates a good, properly aged wine. Maybe with a bit of smoked cheese, and some fresh grapes…

Mm, now I’m hungry.

The Zodiac Club is now live and doing well. My Lover, My Brother is rapidly gaining on The Perfect Belt as my best-seller– which will win, pseudo-incest or BDSM? There’s no telling!

Losing It, my first m/m story has hit something of a wall but I will overcome. Right now my one true writing love is the idea I came up with for the Transgressive Erotica Anthology call. I figured out a way to get everything but bestiality into the story without making it seem overloaded and clunky. Non-con, incest, BDSM, blade- and wax-play, religious elements, ritualism, tattooing/branding…I’m not the sort to pat myself on the back (ha!) but I’m pretty proud of myself for the idea. I’m aiming for around 10k words. We’ll see how that goes.

The one thing I do not have for it yet is a title. Something will come to me, I’m sure.

Here’s the opening:

I came awake in a white room. The walls, the ceiling, the floor, all painted the same matte shade. The sheet tucked over my body was white. Even the bed’s headboard had been lacquered with white. The only break in the color scheme came from my skin. And, of course, the gun-metal grey handcuffs. One was snapped around each of my wrists. My arms were spread wide, my hands pinned to the bars. There were no windows and only one door.

I had maybe fifteen minutes to myself, time spent panicking, kicking off the sheet and chafing my wrists, before the man stepped into the room. My kicking had left me naked, which I immediately regretted.

He was carrying a tray and smiling the way men do when they have a line of bullshit to feed you. Bullshit and oatmeal, apparently. The steam curling from the bowl on the tray smelled strongly of artificial peaches and cream. The cheap stuff that came in paper packets, its weight half flavor powder and half oats.

Any more than that would give the game away.

The Zodiac Club & an Anthology Call!

The Zodiac Club is now available on Smashwords and Amazon.com! Have a click, have a read and hopefully enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!

“If you’re reading this, then you want to know about the Zodiac Club. The dark heart of Chicago, the apotheosis of sin…Members of the Zodiac Club are sworn to secrecy, and those lucky few don’t want to be cast out of Paradise.”

Meet Gemini: rake, scoundrel, modern-day Puck and leader of a House in a secret society known as The Zodiac Club. Gemini has earned a reputation for being a trouble-maker and in this debut story, he proves to one unwary woman just how well that reputation is deserved.

With elements of dominance and submission, secret sex-themed societies, scandalous public fucking, creative punishment and revenge, The Zodiac Club is not for the faint of heart…

They wouldn’t want it any other way.

I think my personal favorite character in this one is Sagittarius, or Sage. Not a lady I’d want to offend and certainly the type of woman I’ve always daydreamed about being, but never had the gumption for. She is, in short, formidable. I almost feel sorry for Gemini, for what’s coming his way. Almost.

In other news!

The lovely Eden Connor continues her interview series with author Alessia Brio. Eden has also put out a call for submissions for a transgressive erotica anthology, which is pretty damn exciting.

You can find the site right here. Here’s what she’s looking for:

Transgressive erotica is being targeted.
Corporate entities seek to suppress legal content. To limit where your imagination may go, and which piece of plastic your reader may use in order to follow.
The ‘Great Smut Purge of 2012′, instigated by corporate morality, has caused vendors to pull legal content from their digital shelves. There indeed may be titles among them with no redeeming value, titles that cross the line between legal content and illegal content. But shelved next to those are stories of merit and value, employing the same transgressional themes.
Like Lolita. Like The Beauty Series by Anne Rice. Like many of the ‘classics which have inspired you.
Like yours.
The challenge:
Write a story using any transgressional theme you choose.
Get as gritty as you need to to grind down to the pure truth of human sexuality embedded in your story.
Show the critics and moralists why your sub-genre deserves amnesty.
There will be no word limit. Any length story will be considered.
But make each word count.
Multiple submissions will be considered.
Deadline for submission: May 28th, 2012.
Publisher: TBD
All authors with accepted stories will be asked to collaborate on title and cover art.
